This, to me, looks like someone's interpretation of what a Firebird would look like today. If you hadn't said it was used in a movie, I would have assumed it was a big "Fuck you!" to GM for killing Pontiac before they could bring back the Firebird.
Edit: Definitely a CP though. With $64K, I could get an EvoX and rally the shit out of it.
